Knut Haugland: New Associate
Knut Haugland joins Loughridge Transformations as Associate Senior Consultant.
Knut is a Senior Finance professional with 19+ years of global experience. He specialises in Finance Transformation and Internal Audit, with particular expertise in Risk & Financial Controls, Process Design & Deploy, Shared-Service Set-Up and Migrations.

Knut holds a Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt.
Having worked with this group before – in various roles and projects – I am very excited to be part of this dynamic team once again. It is such a fun and diverse team with loads of humour and positive energy. Then there is the team’s track record of “high performance & quality delivery” – both together and as individuals. Knut Haugland, Senior Consultant
Knut is an experienced leader and influencer within operational and project teams in shared-service and cross-border, virtual project environments. He has delivered Process, System & Control Design & Deploy across on- and multiple off-shore locations, affecting hundreds of FTEs. Additionally, Knut has delivered projects with multi-year, million US$ budgets, impacting large groups of FTEs.
Being a dad of two young children, Knut and his wife are very busy on the home front. Helping with homework; a taxi service to and from various sports or kids’ activities; the list goes on and on. In addition, Knut’s family love to travel, and so during the holidays, you could find them on a cruise, in New York (the kids’ favourite place) or visiting friends and family abroad. When time permits, Knut loves reading. He enjoys both crime fiction as well as more profound philosophical books. Knut also admits he has become a big Netflix fan. He found Suits addictive and has just finished watching the latest series of The Crown!
