Season’s Greetings!
Loughridge Transformations wishes all our clients, suppliers and associates the very best for the festive season and 2025!
As is now standard practice for consultants, most of our client work is done from our home offices. It makes sense, given that our client base is international and often has a global footprint. This year, our team had the pleasure of working with individuals based in Canada, the US, Central America, Asia, and Australia, as well as our European home base. Of course, much of that was done virtually, facilitated by online collaboration tools and regular video calls, but we also visited locations such as London, Munich and Zurich and got out and about across the Netherlands.
2024 saw Jennifer and the Loughridge Transformations team deliver our largest single project for a client, where we were engaged largely full-time for 11 months. We enjoyed being involved in the design, implementation, and hypercare post-go-live and getting to know people over the months. At the other end of the spectrum, we also had some shorter client engagements. This demonstrates the variety of services we offer, from delivering global programmes at scale to standalone reviews of processes and frameworks and workshops that only last a day or two.
ESG continues to become an increasingly important part of our portfolio of services next to our more “traditional” Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement offer. Given the regulatory compliance and reporting content, ESG is now firmly within the remit of Finance, and with deadlines for reporting under IFRS or CSRD in 2025, many organisations are shaping how they will deliver on these sometimes challenging requirements. As always, these topics are clearly on the minds of CFOs as they strive for world-class business partnering underpinned by process efficiency and effectiveness with risk-based control.
