Tushar Belapurkar joins Loughridge Transformations as Associate Senior Consultant.
Tushar Belapurkar is a Senior Operational Excellence professional with 20+ years of global experience. He specialises in Business & Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement, with particular expertise in Process Architecture, Data Science, Automation, Shared-Service Design & Deploy and Information Technology.
At Loughridge Transformations, Tushar will focus on:

Tushar holds a Master BlackBelt and is certified as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner. In addition, he is an Accredited Practitioner in Accelerating Implementation Methodology™ (AIM). He is also an accredited Project Manager (PMP) and holds post-graduate qualifications in Data Science and Business Analytics.

Tushar is an experienced leader and influencer within operational and project teams in shared-service and cross-border virtual project environments. He has delivered Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Data Science, and Process Automation programmes across on- and multiple off-shore locations, affecting thousands of FTEs. Tushar has delivered projects with multi-year, million US$ budgets, impacting large groups of FTEs.
Tushar loves to take time off for holidays to the mountains. He enjoys spending time with his family on weekends – especially his little one! He looks forward to watching weekend late-night movies with his wife before returning to work on Monday!
