Loughridge Transformations wishes all our clients, suppliers and associates the very best for the festive season and 2024!
This year, it has become even more clear that virtual working is here to stay for consultants. The Loughridge Transformations team still work primarily remotely, albeit with clients worldwide. Nevertheless, we have enjoyed travelling to deliver critical workshops and milestone events face-to-face – seeing each other and our clients in person!
In 2023, we continued to work with organisations ranging in size from start-ups to listed multi-national on their transformation agendas.
Furthermore, we were pleased to have client engagements where Dutch was the primary language – a first for Jennifer. The team’s day-to-day working language is English, so it was great to stretch our boundaries!
ESG has become an increasingly important part of our portfolio of services next to our more “traditional” Finance Transformation services. Given the regulatory compliance and reporting content, ESG is now firmly within the remit of Finance. As a result, both topics are clearly on the minds of CFOs as they strive for world-class business partnering underpinned by process efficiency and effectiveness with risk-based control.
We have also been paying attention to developing our partnerships with other organisations, whether those are other consultants or organisations using technology to unlock challenges for Finance. We have been enjoying both the work and the intellectual stimulation those collaborations generate!
