Continuous Improvement is neither a set of tools nor a one-time action that needs no revisiting. Instead, it is the act of getting better than yesterday, whether at work or at home. Of course, we all want this better-than-yesterday approach, but many individuals and organisations need help to achieve it.
This challenge motivated us to begin our Continuous Improvement practice to enable our clients to become better than yesterday.
Our practice is centred on data and selecting the right tool for the job. The Loughridge Transformations toolbox includes various tried and tested improvement tools, drawing on all aspects of LEAN, SixSigma, Agile Principles and Total Quality Management. Our consultants have significant experience using the tools outside of manufacturing or transactional environments. We are proud to say that we routinely leverage the skills and tools in all we do.
