Executive Coaching

Our consultants have experience coaching Managers, Leaders and C-Suite Leaders in Transformation and Continuous Improvement. Even the most senior leader may wish to supplement their skills by working one-to-one with us, leveraging our expertise and experience built from managing large-scale transformational change programmes.

Objectives focus on leadership, delivery of change, functional transformation and continuous improvement.

Our consultants are experienced in coaching project leads at GreenBelt or BlackBelt level. They have also worked with managers and executives on introducing continuous improvement skills and mindset to their organisation.

We also work with a network of specialist coaches and organisational effectiveness and change professionals who hold an array of relevant coaching and team development accreditations. These specialists join our team when our clients have specific needs or our engagements require extended expertise.

Our one-to-one coaching is usually via video call. We suggest that we maintain the coaching relationship over a time when development and behavioural change have time to take effect.

Team Development & Engagement

People are core to any organisation’s success. However, not everyone reacts to change in the same way. Some will seize the opportunity enthusiastically, while others will be cool and cautious; some will focus on the impact on their colleagues, while others will determine to make the change now. In other words, every individual has a unique perception of change. Therefore, appreciating that difference in perception allows recognition that there is no right or wrong way of seeing things. Furthermore, an improved understanding of each person’s frame of reference enables increasingly effective communication.

Team Coaching

Having assessed your team’s development needs, we craft customised programmes to accelerate team development through individual and group learning sessions. Therefore, sessions can be one-time or more extensive programmes depending on the specific needs and goals of the team.

Our consultants have considerable experience leading all coaching and development sessions – individual or group – in both face-to-face and virtual environments with our innovative technology. Above all, we adapt to suit the needs and wishes of our clients.
