Hans Bogaard: New Associate
Hans Bogaard joins Loughridge Transformations as Associate Senior Consultant.
Hans is a Senior Finance professional with 30+ years of global experience. He specialises in Finance Transformation and Continuous Improvement, with particular expertise in Financial Systems, Management Information, Process Design & Deploy and Migrations.
At Loughridge Transformations, Hans will focus on:
- Finance Process Design & Deploy
- Management Information Process & Systems
- SAP & SAP HANA BW
- Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma
- Change Management & Senior Sponsorship
Hans is a Lean Practitioner, holds a Lean Six Sigma YellowBelt and GreenBelt and is a trained BlackBelt. In addition, he is an Accredited Practitioner in Accelerating Implementation Methodology™ (AIM).
A good working project team consists of people who all input to the team’s deliverables and the team dynamics. Knowing the complexity of issues in improving modern organisations, I am delighted to be able to work again with this team of enthusiastic professionals.

Hans Bogaard, Senior Consultant
Hans is an experienced leader and influencer within operational and project teams in shared-service and cross-border virtual project environments. He has delivered Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving and Process, System & Control Design & Deploy across on- and multiple off-shore locations, affecting hundreds of FTEs. Hans has delivered projects with multi-year, million US$ budgets, impacting large groups of FTEs.
Hans lives in a small village in the north of the Netherlands, close to the lovely city of Groningen. He is married with two daughters who already left home some time ago. Recently, he became a grandfather and loves spending time with his grandson. Hans loves travelling. Every year, he tries to take at least one or two city breaks in Europe and visit somewhere else in Europe or further afield. Hans enjoys playing tennis a few times a week. He is an avid reader, and although it is not exactly his favourite hobby, he spends quite a bit of time in the garden keeping it in shape.
